Before you write

A lot of questions have a fast answer. These are the ones we get most often.

Cancel or change a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Restore a purchase on a new device
Open the app’s Settings and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account that bought it.
Delete your data
The app can erase everything it stores from its own Settings screen. Deleting the app removes it too.
Reminders not arriving
Check Settings, then Notifications, and confirm the app is allowed to send them and Focus is not filtering it out.
